Our ambassadors are more than promoters of the brand — they are representatives of the Ociana lifestyle within their communities.

This program is designed for individuals who naturally connect with the wellness space and want to introduce Ociana to their network through authentic experiences.

Role of an Ociana Ambassador

As an Ociana Ambassador, you will serve as a local representative of the brand, helping introduce Ociana through wellness events, community gatherings, and social media storytelling.

Represent the Brand at Events

  • Attend 2–4 wellness or lifestyle events within your local region over a 3-month period
  • Represent Ociana through pop-ups, brand activations, or collaborations with studios and wellness communities
  • Introduce the brand to new audiences and create meaningful connections

 

Create Social Content

Share Ociana across your social media platforms as your preferred wellness apparel choice.

Content may include:

  • Pilates
  • Yoga
  • Beach or outdoor movement
  • Wellness routines
  • Everyday lifestyle moments

 

The goal is to showcase the brand naturally within your daily lifestyle.

Build Community Connections

  • Introduce Ociana to wellness professionals, studios, instructors, and event organizers
  • Utilize your own connections and network to expand brand exposure
  • Help build authentic awareness of the brand in your local wellness community

 

Compensation Structure

Ambassadors will be compensated through a hybrid model combining base pay and commission.

Pop-Up Event Compensation

  •  base pay per event
  • 10% commission on all sales generated at your pop-ups

This model rewards ambassadors for both showing up and actively generating sales and exposure for the brand.

 

Program Timeline

The Ociana Ambassador Program operates on a 3-month evaluation period.

During this time we will evaluate:

  • Event participation
  • Sales generated
  • Social media exposure
  • Community relationships built
  • Overall brand representation

 

At the end of the 3-month period we will review results and reevaluate the terms and conditions of the ambassadorship.

 

This may lead to:

  • Expanded ambassador opportunities
  • Increased commission structures
  • Larger brand activations
  • Long-term partnership with Ociana
